As you can imagine, returns are costly for us. Many of our products are made just for you, carefully shipped across the country to your doorstep and then professionally set up in your home. We encourage and support your careful purchase decisions. 

We offer you two options for returns made within 21 days of merchandise receipt: 

• You may return any purchase for merchandise credit equivalent to 100% of your purchase price (return shipping is included at no cost to you). Returns must be pre-approved within 21 days of receipt. Call us, email us or click here to initiate a return online.

• You may purchase Return Insurance and receive 100% money-back on any item. Returns must be approved within 21 days of receipt. Return Insurance fees are 10% of any item you wish to purchase with insurance (return shipping is included at no cost to you).
